DOMOTOP 2000 is used on concrete, mortars, walls, steel, and other construction materials for:

• waterproofing of watertanks,
• outer surface waterproofing action on basement walls of new buildings,
• inner surface waterproofing action on basement walls of new and old buildings,
• protective and waterproofing layer on balconies, terraces, flat roofs,
• repair of frost damaged surfaces,
• protection from deicing salts on bridges, dams, retaining walls etc.

• A:B=1:4 per weight for brush application,
• A:B=1:4-4.5 per weight for spatula application.

Substrate:

• Concrete, mortars, walls: Clean from oil, grease, remove loose particles.
• Steel, metals: Clean from oil, grease, rust.

Mixing: With a 600 – 1000 rpm mixer. Mix until full homogenization (2 to 4 minutes).

Application: Wet substrate when absorbing, apply first coat. After sufficient hardening (2 to 6 hours according to temperature) apply second coat. Application can be made using a brush, spatula, etc. Finish with sponge.

Cleaning: The application and mixing tools can be cleaned with water as long as the material has not set, else only in a mechanic way.

Substrate: Clean, free from grease and oil, no loose concrete and rust pieces.

DOMOTOP 2000 is compatible with the range of admixtures offered by our company.

Limits: Minimum temperature 8°C.

Consumption:

• 1.5 kg/m² per coat. Minimum 2 coats. Proper distribution is necessary.
• Once mixed the working time is 20-40 minutes according to temperature.
• Adhesion strength after 28 days: 2N/mm².

Packaging:

• 25 kg: container of 5 kg of component A, bag of 20 kg of component B.
• 5 kg: container of 1 kg of component A, bag of 4 kg of component B.

Shelf life: At least 6 months protected from frost.
