DOMORAPID is used to seal water leaks in basements, tanks, sink wells, walls, rocks etc. Its’ use allows the final sealing of the substrate using DOMOTOP 2000.

• It is non-flammable, non-corrosive to ferrous alloys.
• It has perfect bonding and watertightness.
• It sets between 8 and 12 seconds after the moment it has achieved the workability of a hard putty.
• It doesn’t shrink, on the contrary it expands in place.
• It may be used underwater.

Remove all loose materials, clean the concrete surface and form the water intrusion spots as cones. Place a small plastic tube at the largest water leak in order to guide the water out of the structure. The placement of the tube is being done using DOMORAPID. Seal all minor leaks around the tube, then apply final sealing material such as DOMOTOP 2000. Finally, remove the plastic tube, seal its’ position, then apply final sealing material.

Mix proportions per volume: DOMORAPID: water up to 4:1.

While wearing a rubber glove, form in your hand using DOMORAPID and the appropriate water quantity a conical input. Place the input immediately in the cone-formed water intrusion spot. Press for some seconds until the input has hardened. The increase of temperature during this process is normal. All tools are cleaned with water prior to DOMORAPID hardening.

DOMORAPID is compatible with the range of admixtures offered by our company.

Packaging: Bags of 25 kg and 5 kg.

Shelf life: At least 1 year in the original sealed bags at a dry spot at a temperature over 5°C.

Consumption: One kg of powdered DOMORAPID seals about 0,7 lt.
