DOMOREP HE is a multi-purpose mortar that is used for

• repair of horizontal, vertical and overhead surfaces,
• replacing of missing concrete not depending from thickness,
• protection of concrete surfaces,
• leveling floors.

• Easy to mix and use, it shows excellent adhesion to various construction materials.
• Very low shrinkage.
• Modulus of elasticity and thermal expansion/contraction similar to that of concrete.
• High compressive, tensile and flexural final strengths.
• Reduced cracking.
• High early strengths.

Substrate preparation: Remove any loose pieces, oil and grease, dust, old coatings and spreads material by sandblasting, waterblasting, wire brush or other suitable mechanical cleaning method from surface. Clean and wet the substrate. Remove any excess water.

Dosage: Add proper water amount (from 4 to 5 kg water for every 25 kg bag) into an already functioning slow rotation speed mixer (DOMOREP HE: Water= 1:0.16 – 0.20 per weight).

During the application the substrate has to be damp, not wet. Use spatula or trowel and apply layers of approximately 2 cm thickness. Finish with a sponge or wool tissue for a smooth surface. Clean tools with water before the setting of the mortar. Protect the repaired surface from sun and wind by regularly wetting it. Avoid application at temperatures below 5°C.

Packaging: Bags of 25 kg and 5 kg.

Shelf life: At least 6 months in the original sealed bags.

Consumption: 20 kg per m² and cm thickness.
