CHEM RP is used for setting time prolongation, plasticity improvement and pumping-flow improvement of the concrete. As a plasticizer, it allows the reducing of the necessary water amount. By retarding the concrete setting, it allows vibrating for a long time after its production.

CHEM RP improves the compressive and flexural strength of concrete (at 3, 7 and 28 days) compared with concrete of the same workability but without CHEM RP. There is a strength increase also when the water amount is kept constant; in this case the plasticity of the concrete is increased as well.

• on transported concrete for less or no concrete cracking during the setting in summer.

• in order to avoid joints due to work interruption (the concrete can remain workable until the continuation of works).

• It does not affect the reinforcement or other building materials.
• Ιt increases the concrete’s compressive and flexural strength.
• It does not affect negatively the development of the concrete’s strengths (at the recommended dosages)
• It has a chloride content below 0.1%

CHEM RP is added together with the mixing water to the concrete, or directly into the truck at the jobsite.

For normal conditions from 0.2 to 0.3% on cement weight that is contained in the concrete. Dosage tests are recommended before use.

CHEM RP is compatible with the range of admixtures offered by our company.

Packaging: IBCs of 1000 kg, drums of 220 kg, containers of 20 kg.

Shelf life: At least 6 months in the original sealed containers at a cool spot. If frozen, it can be defrosted at low temperature (30°C) under continuous stirring and used without problem.
