DOMOPLAST is a building resin that improves mechanical properties of cement mortar and rendering mortar. It replaces lime and increases adhesion, watertightness, plasticity and strength.

USE

DOMOPLAST is being used where strong rendering mortar for moisture protection (marine locations or high mountain sites) is required. It is recommended for extreme weathering (frost, high temperatures, plaster on thermal insulation materials).

ADVANTAGES

When DOMOPLAST is used in rendering mortars it offers the following properties:

• increased adhesion on substrate,
• improved compressive and flexural strength,
• increased elasticity and resistance in chemicals, oil and sewage water.

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare DOMOPLAST-water liquid mix, depending to need. If it is necessary, prepare a mix of solid materials. Add solid into liquid mix under continuous stirring, until the desired plasticity is achieved.

Application & Dosage:

• Repair mortars up to 2 cm of layer:

   DOMOPLAST:Water= ½:1 (per volume)
   Cement:sand= 1:3 (per volume)

• Priming:

   DOMOPLAST:Water= 1: 1 (per volume)
   Cement:sand= 1:1 (per volume)

• Bonding layer between old-new mortar or concrete:

   DOMOPLAST:Water= 1: 1 (per volume)
   Cement:sand= 1:1 (per volume)

• Cement mortar floors subject to heavy wear:

   DOMOPLAST:Water= ½: 1 (per volume)
   Cement:sand= 1:4 (per volume)

• Treatment for dust-free floor:

   1 volume DOPLAST + 3 volumes water

Cleaning: The application and mixing tools can be cleaned with water as long as the material has not set, else only in a mechanic way.

USEFUL DATA

Packaging: IBCs of 1000 kg, drums of 200 kg, containers of 20 kg, 5 Kg, 1 kg.

Shelf life: Protect from frost.

Consumption: 0.60-2.65 kg/m² per cm of thickness (depending on application).

Stir well before use.
