CHEM SPL is an aqueous solution of synthetic polymers ready for use, with high rheoplastic performance. It complies with EN 934-2 Tables 3.1, 3.2.

USE

CHEM SPL is used as superplasticizer for high-strength concrete (C 20/325, C25/30 etc.). Recommended for floor slabs, foundations, bridges, ceilings, walls, columns, fine constructions, prestressed concrete elements, watertight constructions, jackets, exposed concreting, foundation piles, liquid gunite etc.

INSTRUCTIONS

CHEM SPL is mixed to the concrete at the plant or locally at the job site. The duration of its effect is up to 2 hours depending on the temperature, the quantity and quality of cement and aggregates and the mixing-transporting method.

Dosage: For normal conditions from 0.4 to 0.7% on cement weight according to need. For high temperatures or special conditions, the dosage can be increased up to 1% on cement weight or more after suitable trials. The consumption depends on the temperature, the quantity and quality of cement and aggregates, the W/C ratio, the desired final workability etc.

USEFUL DATA

Packaging: IBCs of 1200 kg, drums of 250 kg, containers of 20 kg.

Shelf life: At least 6 months in the original sealed containers at a cool spot. If frozen, it can be defrosted at low temperature (30°C) under continuous stirring and used without problem.

CHEM SPL is compatible with the range of admixtures offered by our company, except the CHEMIUM range.
