CUBOLITH 35 is used for the fabrication of high performant concrete cubes and cement blocks. Due to its special formula, it offers to a zero slump mix the following properties:
Characteristics
- Reduces stickiness allowing the concrete to slip easily from the molds.
- Reduces efflorescence to the finished surface of hardened elements.
- Ameliorates shine of colored concrete cube.
- Imparts hydrophobicity to the mixture.
- Reduces capillary absorption.
- Increases frost resistance.
Advantages
- Does not contain chloride.
- Does not contain solvents.
- Reduces the required mixing water.
CUBOLITH 35 is added together with the mixing water to the fresh concrete.
Dosage
For normal conditions from 0.5 to 2.0% on cement weight. It can be raised according to need, after suitable trials.
CUBOLITH 35 is compatible with the range of admixtures offered by our company.
General
Packaging: IBCs of 1000 kg, drums of 200 kg, containers of 20 kg.
Shelf life: At least 6 months in the original sealed containers at a cool spot. If frozen, it can be defrosted at low temperature (30°C) under continuous stirring and used without problem.
