CHEMIUM 274 is an ideal admixture for high performance concrete, such as long term workability and early strength. It achieves very high early and final strength and high concrete density. It imparts high duration fluidity to normal concrete. It offers long term plasticity to normal concrete.

• Flowable pumpable concrete with very low W/C ratio.
• It increases watertightness of concrete, due to high water reducing effect.
• It reduces or eliminates heating in precast.
• It does not require vibration of concrete.
• It ameliorates the surface texture and finish of concrete.
• It increases the early (16-24h) and final strength.
• It ameliorates the adhesion of concrete on the reinforcement.
• It reduces shrinking and cracking.

CHEMIUM 274, due to long term plasticity which it achieves, can be added to the mixer of the plant. The duration of its effect is up to 1 hour at 20°C.

For normal conditions from 0.1 to 1.0% on cement weight. It can be raised up to 4% on cement weight or more according to need, without side effects after suitable trials. The dosage depends on the temperature, the quantity and quality of cement and aggregates, the W/C ratio, etc.

CHEMIUM 274 is compatible with the range of admixtures offered by our company, except the SPL range.

Packaging: IBCs of 1000 kg, drums of 220 kg, containers of 20 kg.

Shelf life: At least 6 months in the original sealed containers at a cool spot. If frozen, it can be defrosted at low temperature (30°C) under continuous stirring and used without problem.
