When CHEM DO P is used in grouts it offers the following properties
- plasticity.
- pumpability.
- preventing of shrinkage, swelling.
- preventing of separation (bleeding, segregation).
- impermeability, watertightness.
Advantages
- It reduces the porosity by reducing the ratio of W/C and preventing segregation.
- It protects the reinforcement and prestressing cables by not allowing transport of corrosive substances and corrosion products.
- It reduces the cracking probability due to swelling-anti-shrinkage action.
CHEM DO P is not cement and should not be used as such. It The composition of the mix, the type of cement and mainly the W/C ratio influence expansion.
To fully take advantage of the dosed amount of CHEM DO P
- the mixing time has to be increased.
- the mix has to be protected from fast water evaporation for 7 days (ex. with BETOCURE).
During the use the temperature has to be from 5°C to 40°C. For other temperatures consult our technical service.
Dosage
The mixing ratio of CHEM DO P with cement depends on its use. The usual ratio is 5% on cement weight. it can vary from 3 to 8% on cement weight or more according to need.
CHEM DO P is compatible with the range of admixtures offered by our company.

Packaging: Bags of 20 kg.
Shelf life: At least 6 months in the original sealed bags at a dry spot.
